I'm an Indian Curry Loving Aussie who lived in the UK for 18 years.  I'm a pretty good cook but the only thing not up to scratch are my Indian Curries.  Just had a quick look at this site and have learned a lot already though i'm struggling a little with navigation. ;D

Forgot to add, i've got a son who can eat Hotter Curries than me, am i proud or what.  Been crusing this site and found a lot of answers to my many questions already.  This site is aweswome.   ::)

...and another. Lunch today was rendang, and we cook a lot of sri lankan and grow our own of that essential ingredient, curry leaves.
