Topic: Hello and What can I do with my fresh chillies?

Hello all. This is my first posting.
I am really enjoying reading the other posts & ideas.
I am wondering if anyone has any great recipes for chilli pickles, jams or chutneys that they wouldn't mind sharing .This year I have had a great crop of 6 different varieties of chilli and I would like to preserve them somehow, especially in a way that I could compare and contrast them.
(Fortunately I have a large amount of Pusa Jwala especially which we are itching to make a jalfrezi with as well... )
Any help or inspiration would be really appreciated
