Hi all, just discovered this site and am looking forward to getting some advice to expand my cooking range in the curry department.
I'm a big fan of anything hot and have just started to grow some chilli plants at home. (I discovered this site whilst looking for methods of preserving the chillis i've grown).
I've got a certificate for eating eating the curry hell from the Big Market Newcastle. This was suposed to be the hottest curry in the world but recently there has been a new contender, has anyone here done both? I'd be interested to here which they thought was the hottest?
I've had the original Daves Insanity Sauce which wasn't to hot and so i'm looking to make my own sauce with the chilis i'm growing. Any advice would be appreciated!

Hi Michael,
Welcome to cr0, if you are anywhere near Chichester you should try and make it to the chili fiesta next weekend, a must for all chili fans:

Hello everyone. I love my curry and have tried to cook lots but non have been edible. I'm not the best cook, put lots of effort in and end up with disasters everytime. Vindaloo, Bhuna, Jalfrezi.....anything hot is my thing.
If anyone can give me any advice then please let me know, thanks ;D
