Its been pointed out already that pork is not typical BIR.  Maybe you do need glasses?

Have had the flu, so had to freeze the pork, on dry toast at the moment (boo hoo) When feelin better will marinade in some yog, turmeric, lemon juice etc. will be interesting  how pork works with the spices and methi leaves when i get round to it. Anyways cheers for the posts


ps- made rajvers base, turned out great, if a little thick
