hi every one youl have to excuse the slow typing as im abit of an old dinosaur when it comes to computers and this is the first time ive ever joined aforum anyway just tried the recipe for the basic balti sauce it was excellent .my favorite from the takeaway is chicken tikka dhansak but i notice none of the recipes contain any pineapple which my local curry house does has any one else had dhansak with pineapple cheers

Welcome to the forum. Always nice to have new "old dinosaurs" joining in. There's plenty of us already here.

I also expect/like to see pineapple in with a Dhansak, but I'm sure there are plenty here that will disagree (a bit like having egg omelet with a Jalfrezi - a bit controversial - eh?).
