Hi everyone

Just found the site, lot of interesting recipes on here, I love to cook curry and will try some of them out. I will let you know how they turn out.

Hi Paul,  ;) welcome to the family. It`s all here my friend, what ever takes your fancy. With all the help you need at the end of your finger tips ( or tip in my case(one finger typer)). What sort of stuff have you been doing prior to joining the team?? ...regards...mike.  ;D

In answer to your question I have tried a variety of recipes mostly from books I have and stuff I have found on line. We eat curry at home most nights. I like to make them with fresh ingredients when possible.
