Prawn Jalfrezi, Chicken Madras & Chilli Balti

Hey all
newbie here, i have been readin the forum for a while now and am intrigued, as bank holiday is dawning im planning on trying my first curry banquet, i want to request your best receipes for a k.p jalfrezi, chilli madras and chilli balti

i would apprecaite references to the best base sauce to use etc

would it be the same base sauce for all dishes?

any help much appreciated

Hi tristos,  It is my opinion that, a base sauce is used for a variety of dishes, and so any of the splendid base sauces on here will do the job. Darth`s is a very good one, Stew`s also ranks very high IMHO. Good luck with your Bank Holiday banquet. Hope I have been of some help.....regards..mike
