newbie here, i have been readin the forum for a while now and am intrigued, as bank holiday is dawning im planning on trying my first curry banquet, i want to request your best receipes for a k.p jalfrezi, chilli madras and chilli balti
i would apprecaite references to the best base sauce to use etc
would it be the same base sauce for all dishes?
any help much appreciated
