I share your interest in good new recipes. I also like korma, bhuna, etc. Why, out of interest, do you find korma, bhuna etc boring? Is it the whole BIR menu (most menus are very similar) which you find boring, and prompts you to yawn (twice)? Are you interested in only new authentic dishes or rare, little heard-of 'specials' on some BIR menus?
