Dishoom
« on: October 20, 2019, 08:19 AM »
For anyone who has enjoyed a meal at Dishoom, they recently released a cookbook which I am starting to plough through. I made their chicken ruby which was very nice and was looking to make a few of their kebabs this weekend but Mrs T63 has just advised me she forgot to the lamb and the chicken out of the freezer.

Got the book, as I liked these guys from day one, simple recipes,
a lot generic if your into Indian cooking already, but still good.
The stories, mirror their website, but make the book even more interesting.

If your just a BIR Madras, Korma fan, this is not for you.

cheers Chewy
