Topic: Good Curry in/near Bristol

Hi friends

I am heading down to Bristol in a couple of weeks and might be able to take in one or two restaurants - any tried and trusted pointers would be much appreciated.

Hi Stephen,

The last time I was in Bristol (August 2018) went to the Raj.
Had  the Early Bird and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food - place was busy for a Wednesday evening. 
Waiter said that it's had the same owner since the early 80's.

Bristol is, unfortunately, just too far to make a curry outing worthwhile, but the Raj's "early bird" menu does indeed appear to offer superb value.
