 ;)Hi, have looked at a number of recipes on this website before and been cooking BIR curries for a while having bee an active member on a different BIR site until recently, Looking forward to trying some new recipes and reporting back.

The only advice I might give is to read all the comments to any given recipe over the months/years as sometimes the nuggets are in the replies that suggest a different base/spice mix or single product.

 :)Cheers Baj, I have tried a number of bases and mixes and have a load frozen and made up of my favourites at the moment, but it s always good to try someone else's take on them. Looking forward to trying a few new curry recipes.
