Good afternoon

Hello everyone,

I've been away from making curries for a few months but time to get back in to it. I lost my mojo a bit about spring time but it's time to go again. Made up a base last night in the pressure cooker and I'm looking for inspiration.

I enjoy making curries and enjoy talking about them  :P

Chicken Pakoras last night, wife said they were the best yet. Jalfrezi or Madras later.......
