Last night's effort
« on: February 18, 2017, 05:05 PM »
Had another curry feast last night,a few pics...

Everything went down a treat as usual.I still can't believe just how good my naan breads are using Chris's recipe, they come out superb.I did peshwari and chilli keema naans.I was a bit worried that the keema mix wouldn't cook properly but I have to say they came out perfect.

Looks great. Did you add the baking powder to the liquid stage of the mix, as Chris does, or mix into the flour? Also how much kneading do you think naan needs at each stage?

Another nice looking spread there Jb. I agree totally about Chris's naan recipe it's spot on for me. I haven't tried peshwari or keema naan with it yet but I must give it a go. Is there a recipe for your chilli keema filling on here?

Awesome spred here JB, I wish i had half your BIR knowledge.. it realy is s great Naan recipe and produces consistent results. I spent a good deal of time trying to improve on it but always ended up back at Happy Naan's...
Cheers LC
