Hi all , fantastic looking site full of info , been cooking home style for many years but have decided to give BIR a try after purchasing Julian Vs book and cooking the curry to go base sauce so far tried chilli chicken ,madras and Korma all with good success , looking forward to trying some recipes of here , many thanks Paul
