Just been out for a curry tonight, India Gate @ Kings Lynn Norfolk.i must say full credit to the staff, considering we were 25 strong and all requiring a constant flow of Cobra, popadoms and my preference Kingfisher they coped very well.
I ordered the mixed starter and Vindaloo, garlic and chilli Naan and mushroom rice all was knock out quality. This really set me thinking would I rather cook curry or order it in.
Also I ordered a side of (Bhindi bhaji) having seen it cooked on the above link, well it was sweet and delicious
infact I think it's my new fave dish.
Will be trying the above recipie asap.

Mmm, bit sceptical about this video LC. Bit of staging for the American who knows very little about BIR IMHO. Phall sauce?? I would have said it's nothing more than curry gravy we all use. Inclined to take most of what's said with a pinch of salt :
