Lunchtime Madras

Had this for lunch today. As I had the day off it was really nice to not have sandwiches.



I've posted the recipe today as well if anyone wants to give it a go.

   Nice one SR,whilst you were tucking into that,I was walking around Ikea,don't seem quite fair does it!Looking for your post,to jot recipe down,perhaps to use when relatives are down.
