Catching Up.Thanks guys and Kattis ;DLc, I would think Admin has set this board to display on the home page to keepthe welcome fresh (No brainer really)Al, Tip - In this dish, the tomatoes were quartered and added as a finishing masala.Cooked in the sauce until the skin begins to crinkel and lift.Might sound obvious but the bigger the piece of tomato the more chance of itstaying together on the cook, especially if you leave the core in place. (just quartered)Another point in this dish is, the tomatoes and other veg release there juice into the sauce, which is the mixed seepage that you can see around the edge of the dish.
