Hello Everyone!

I made my first BIR style curry last Sunday thanks to this awesome website. 

I followed the instructions for UB's Chicken Pathia (http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php/topic,2526.0.html) and end result was fantastic!  ;D

Hello Bri.  I have learnt so much from this site as, I'm sure, have many others.  We look forward to your experiences and hope you feel inclined to share.

Hi livo, thanks for your response.

If I use alternative ingredients (mainly due to not having the recipe's required ingredient), is that worth sharing?  I ran out of ginger, so used a bit of ginger rapeseed (form Yorkshire rapeseed) instead.  The results were great, but I have nothing to compare it to!

I'm looking forward to learning, trying and sharing new things!  :)
