Hi there,
I've been cooking different curries for a few years, usually like hot varieties, madras etc.
Just looking at buying a Puri Tandoor ready to test my skills further!!
Some great information gleaned so far.

I have just ordered one today. I ordered the SS1 Ultimo so hoping it will be big enough. There are only 4 of us so it should be OK.
Any tips or things to watch out for???

Oh yeah I bet. Everything I needed to know was either enclosed with the Tandoor or available on their site. Just need the weather to stay good!
