Lol...  Love it....  Nice one Chewy.  FYI I've had my tandoor in the garden, covered and pushed into a sheltered area to keep the worst of the elements off it and it has worked just fine.  As you know I fired mine up last week and it's in good shape.  The clay isn't cracked at all.  Good luck to all Tandoori nutters!!!  Lol....

Looking forward to details of the restoration project as they unfold  ;D  Free  :o :o  You lucky person CT.  Best i can hope for is a garden version.  Would struggle to justify the expense versus the amount of use though  :(

Sorting out the old Tandor last night.
The case doesn't need any weather protection, as it's heavy guage galvanised steel
just need to protect the opening, with a weather proof lid. easy peasy!

Interesting differences between old and new and much smaller, as this will
only be used for Tikkas, Meats etc
