Hello curry people
its time i upgrade from my 1989 dog eared, curry stained "The Curry Secret" by Kris Dhillon, served me well over the years, i heard about this site and seems ive been waiting for ages to join.
im looking to improve my technique and cook some good curries
I have loads green curry sauce in the freezer, been stocking up on spices, and cooking kit.
I grow my own onions and chillies on my allotment, will be trying a few more herbs this year too
