Did the fire brigade rescue those bhajis from a house fire?

Well afater seeing the pakora's I thought I'd have a go at some veg pakora and as the fryer was out do a few onion bahjis as well. Both turned out nice and looked a better colour than the pictures. My new phones camera seems to wash out the colours under light. I think I need to get the book out. Anyway veg pakora and onion bhajis with a tamarind dipping sauce and some youghurt sauce.

Now they look like normal and edible Onion Bhajis. Nice One.
Also look close to BIR Bhajis.
