1 whole chicken, cut into 10 pieces (approx. 800 grams)

These days chooks out here commonly come in at size 20 ( 2 kg) or larger, and the once common size 12 (1.2 kg) is rarely, if ever, sighted any more. Cant remember ever seeing an 800g bird in a shop.
