Hiya mate, BE = Bruce Edwards

The Bruce Edwards spice mix recipe is:

8 parts coriander powder
7 parts tumeric powder
5 parts cumin powder
4 parts curry powder
4 parts paprika (optional)

I've been using this mix for years - I don't include the optional paprika. You'll find if you compare this with other spice mixes is that a lot use the same basic ingredients albeit in differing proportions.
