It's an interesting question. I may soon be entertaining a guest with an egg allergy and was wondering if h4ppy naans still worked minus the egg inclusion. Has anybody tried?

I tried the ones in the link. They were very thin (need more dough) and pancakey in taste. They weren't bad but definitely not your BIR naan. They are promising though. A little playing about and they could be better http://www.peta.org/living/food/homemade-vegan-naan/
