Hello to all,

Lifelong curry lover here, live just down the road from the Balti Triangle so try to visit as often as I can.

Always loved making my own curries, with not much success! lol

Hope to learn some good recipes from the old hands and get as close as possible to that authentic taste.

Not Bermuda (thank God) but Birmingham, Saleem's on Ladypool Road being my eatery of choice!
