Just curious
Has any one tried this yet ? Or is it too complicated ? A little feedback could be useful ;)

Nope, not tried here, Sir Bovine -- I have none, and am not minded to get some just to experiment ...  Maybe if I see some when I am out shopping for spices I /really/ need I will get some in, but I'm certainly not  going to make a special trip for it.

Hi Noble Ox.I came across your recipie today & going to give it try. Yep curry leaves are always sitting next to the coriander in my Indian shop where I go.I love the smell they give and they must do some good.
Thanks for sharing & look forward to adding in a dish later on. I'll keep you informed

A chicken madras is a main.Ive done the prepared chicken & added a gd pinch towards the end of cooking with your curry leaves.Must say I thought it gave a little suttle taste to the prep.Got a feeling that it will be the best madras I've done yet.....roll on the w/e 😋😋😋😋😋

All the best

I make curry-leaf powder
Curry leaves - heated either in a pan or microwave until dried and shriveled but NOT burnt.
Pinch of salt - grind all up - powder ready.

Noble OX is making a paste -

Curry Leaf powder great in Dhals etc - the veggie stuff

Well Noble OX - put your neck back in - I DONT make silly remarks to anyone

I quickly read your ingredient list and saw the oil - which now that you have brought it to my attention yet again - i see you are just frying the leaves - prior to adding the whole list of  other ingredients to make curry leaf powder.

I will make up some in the next week to give it a go - it looks like a good list for samosa's

best, Rich

Curry leaf powder goes well in dhansak too.

I see no bollox has managed to cause an argument in his first day back. Outstanding work and true to form.

Love it spicy    If I was giving a paste recipe it would have had the word PASTE in it
