Topic: Canadian newbie

Hello everyone.

I'm Potawie and I love to grow hot peppers and make spicy meals.  I'd really like to learn how to make a good curry and I think I've come to the right place.  I'm from Ontario Canada, and the only time I ever see curry is at Indian restaurants and low-rental apartment buildings.  The last time I tried curry was at least six years ago, and although its been a long time, I still remember and crave that taste.  I love to grow as many ingredients as I can in my garden and greenhouse.  I'm  looking forward to reading threw the archives and trying to figure out where to start.  I'm so glad I found such a great informative site.

If you love hot and spicy food, then may i recommend http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php?topic=179.0 its a good start and easy to make. I would use those chillis you grow in it too.
