Wicked spread there, I bet it was hard work.

I done the same for my sister a few years back and it was a good day cooking but the warming thanks made it worth it.

I make them a takeaway every Fri or Sat night since about Feb this year. They had a bigger spead yesterday though and it fed them last night and tonight.

Like you say Geezah, hard work but worth it :)

wow that all looks amazing :) and i bet it tasted awesome also.

can I ask for all the recipes used including base gravy, if its not too much would love to lay on a takeaway for  my family.

Abduls 8 spice mix http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php/topic,6176.0.html
and I use a recipe for Chicken madras from Andy Rhodes e-book (CRO -based on 976 bars madras) with a few tweeks from me such as added star anise at the beginning etc
