HI, I am a big curry lover and have been cooking curries for many years.  Have tried a few base gravy's but have not yet found one that resembles that BIR taste, like my local TA or Restaurant....
Does anybody have any ideas which one I should use as there are so many variations... Who gives the best results

Hi tastyspice, welcome to the forum, a lot of the bases have regional variations, may I ask where you are from and what type of curries you are trying to reproduce?
