Hi All,

My name is Annita, though my screen name reads as Tiggerinlondon.  I love cooking and food.  I am joining this forum as I feel life is a lesson and I want to keep learning all the way through.  I really want to become awesome at cooking indian food.  I have a local near me in Plumstead, London, UK, called Ambala, and they are soooo amazing.  I'm Persian, so any Persian cuisine questions I might be able to help with.

Wonderful site, really looking forward to reading more.
