What a great site, oh and erm, hello!

Hi all,
Just popped in to say that I love all types of spicy food, needless to say then, that this is my new favorite site!!!
There are so many things to read I don't know where to begin.
Are there any particular pages or forums threads I should read?
I live in Finland so a lot of the spices I need are very hard to come by, but Ive just ordered a ton so now I'm ready dive into the kitchen without the fear of not being able to do some of the recipes here.
Right then, think ill try my hand at making a batch of onion bhaji's.
Edit reason,
Removed link to another site.

Thanks Phil, Ill be sure to read that and many other pages in the near future.
BTW I edited my intro post to remove the link to the site that sold spices as I didn't realise that this website did the same to keep the website free. I will be purchasing the chef starter kit you have, but could I ask you to concider purchasing the pans without the spices as an extra option.
Is it free P and P internationally?
