Well, let me be honest -- like most of us, I have produced some pretty mediocre stuff from time to time.  But yesterday's, which was pure inspiration based on what had been wrong with the preceding one, just seemed to work ...

Some nice mini-woks in Asda from Sunday, ideal for a one-person curry I would have thought ...


Couldn't control myself, and went off and bought one (and two Japanese-style knives at GBP 9-99 each).  The mini-wok is a great success.  Works perfectly on my induction hob and enables me to use far less base than I would in a more conventional pan.  Made another Kashmiri Chicken Achari but used too much tomato pur
