Hi all,

We just joined this great website so thought I would say hello and introduce ourselves. My wife and I moved over here to NZ just four years ago and we do like our curries, especially from those great curry houses back home. I'm originally from Manchester so used to enjoy a trip to Rusholme whenever the opportunity arose, anyway since moving out here we've found one or two really great places that have some awesome curries - some of which I never heard of before, but I've been hankering for a taste of what we used to get back home, so was really pleased to find the site and look forward to trying to recreate some of the dishes on the site. Thanks for all the great recipes, can't wait to get started, curry night this Friday I reckon!
