Well now, if anything, it tells me that seriously severe heat/ flames = lots of unavoidable caramelisation = smokey smell/taste, if not I will eat my chefs spoon ;D

Good find and a good watch (Twice)  8)

They really spent some time and effort with the Naga Jinga.
Not known anybody poach the King Prawns to precook, unless they were frozen and straight from the freezer!
They are usually defrosted, half peeled and deveined, then deep fried for a minute.

I wonder where this is, as their portion size is more like Restaurant, rather than the bigger TA containers.

Anyhoo looks like canny grub and a bit different, i.e the Dopiaza looked more like a dry fry.

Love to see what's on their menu, as its looks like restaurant food, not your usual TA.
