Topic: spices confused

Hi all, I'm getting a bit confused about some spices, CA has a recipe for his masala mix, but calls it "spice mix, mix powder, curry powder" but in his recipes he adds this and also "curry powder" is this not the same thing? also what about "garam masala" is this completely different? I hope you could enlighten me, cheers, bob.

"spice mix" and "mix powder" are one and the same.  Many include curry powder, which is different.  Garam masala is different again.  In haste, need to leave for table-tennis ...
