Just freeze the chillies in a container or bag, without washing. Before using run the frozen chillies under cold water and chop. Remamber to wash ur hands like said before or you will be running down the run way

The reason they don't name them is coz they don't know
There are literally thousands of different types of chillies and new ones being grown all the time. Try and get used to using colour shape and size as your guide as there really isn't an awful lot of difference in simalar size chillis. Habanero nagar, birds eye, and scotch bonnets are the dodgy ones and they are usually labelled as such.
