Hi to all, I am new on here. Wow there is a lot to take in on this site - but its half term next week and I hope to spend some time cooking up a base sauce, some chicken and then maybe a dansak or a bhuna. Love curry and have tried many recipes, curry kits and pastes over the years, some good results some not good. Have not tried the BIR methods (yet). Will post some pics when I have had a go! Cheers.
