Hi everyone
Joined last week and had a go at making Cory Ander's Curry Base. I have frozen this in batches and will use the first of it tomorrow in a Lamb Vindaloo. The vindaloo is from Mikka1 post, I have made up the marinade and mixed in the lamb, just waiting now :
I will let you know how it goes.......
BTW I have made curries from the usual books etc but I consider myself very green in cooking curries, wish me luck

Welcome Mikey!
Definitely try CA's main course recipes (Madras, Vindaloo, etc.), as these recipes were designed to be used with his base and spice mix.
Let us know how you get on.
