Hi im Richie AKA Currynoob,
introduce to this site by a friend of mine Shady, not a bad cook in general but every time i have tried to make any form of curry it has turned off barley eatable. Currys have been something i have avoided due to IBS but making them myself will allow me to change ingredence that set it off so hoping i find what i am looking for here.
currently trying chewytikka 1 hour base and i will be following up with Cory Anders Madras wish me luck and i will let you all know how i get on.
P.S some fantastic tutorials on here maybe one day i will be able to make one of my own.
