Brill site, have been looking ages for a site like this. Love the posts and threads already. First lot of base on the stove tonight. Just thinning it down but it looks and smells great for tomorrow.

Hi Chonk, Steve in Scotland, Rich, Axe in Spain stays mainly in the kitchen, Well there is sun at least once a day Goncalo.
Lets get proper food on the at home list.
I have some friends from the Philipines coming down after easter and look forward to putting some authentic stuff from them on line.
