uc if you are eating the later the same day or even the next day may I suggest the following:
1. cook your curry as normal (i.e.) as if you were going to eat it there and then
2. put your curry into foil or plastic containers and leave the lids off
3. allow to cool (e.g. maybe an hour)
4. put lids on and pop into fridge
5. reheat when you are ready - whether in oven, micro or on sauce pan
6. stir when heated - add garnish of coriander
dead simple - no problems with any ingredients as it won't be sitting for long enough
