That looks excellent CH, loving the oil on top of the Phall, very nice looking food.
I had a similar event with a rice steamer, been using it for years, then one day i lifted the lid of the steamer only for the whole steam in the thing to get released and burn all my fingers, my finger nails went a weird white colour and 3 out of the 5 nails dropped off, very painful.
Any way great pictures.

The Ali pan does takes a bit of getting used to,and my first impressions were:"This doesn't sound right", but i never give it a second thought now.

Looks fantastic as always, CH! I shouldn't look at this stuff first thing in the morning - it just makes me hungry. I wonder if I could improve my morning porridge with a dod of Kashmiri paste... :)
