Hello everyone from Bigjack

I found this site last week and now I can't stay away, I have been a curry addict since the early seventies but I have never cooked it for myself.
But that as changed since finding this site I have stated cooking curry this week and its great. hope I can depend on you curry experts for advice.

Looking forward to hearing from you I will need all the help I can get.
