hi all,
stumbled upon this site last week after trying online and on youtube to find out how to make a curry like the take aways, with out any real convincing vids etc, i eventually found this site,
i cant believe how long its been going, i wish i had found it sooner.
now i can fulfil my never ending quest to make a BIR at home.

went out and got all the essentials, had my first curry at the week end (dhansak) with home made bhajis amazing just short of a BIR but good enough, still got a load of base curry in freezer,
doing chicken korma for my girlfriend tonight with nan bread.
lets see if i get the missuses taste approval..
I'm sure i will.
