It looks very similar to the Natco recipe featuring the mystery Mr M -

It was the first BIR style curry recipe that I tried and it wasn't great.

I'm also interested to know how to cook curry in home because it was a food that was like by my wife. I really want to know the recipe so that I can make that food.  I visit the Natco recipe, and it was featuring the similar recipe of the curry.
