Searching Youtube for a recipe for bhuna onions / service onions, as referenced by Latif in his BIR bhuna chicken recipe, I found a recipe by Steven Heap.  I am certain that I have encountered his name before in a BIR context, but cannot find any mention of him here ("here" being CR0).  Does anyone know why I might be aware of his name ?

I've made Chef Syed's service onions a few times and had good results. And now have enough Ajwain seeds to last a lifetime, as I rarely see them in recipes.
Mrs Robbo away with daughters for 4 nights from today so it's curry night (and day) till Tuesday for me. Bliss.

You clearly don't go down the youtube video warren very often Phil.  I stopped counting at circa 600 videos.  His most recent dating to last week.
