Hi
My name is Erl and I moved to Canada 5 years ago from Yorkshire. One of the things we miss the most is a good curry. I was so happy to find this forum and I am looking forward to trying the various recipes to see if we can make the elusive perfect curry. I also hope in time that I will be able to contribute with some of the recipes we developed over the years.
