hello im simon from manchester ive been a big fan of curry for years, my favourite curries are vindaloo and jalfreizi.
so far i have made curry kings vindaloo and base gravy and a chicken jalfreizi cant remember whos recipie i used for that though, they both turned out better than my local takeaway although i did have a bit of a failiure trying to make nan breads so that will be something im going to have to work on but im looking forward to making a whole variety of other curries.
