Well this all looks very interesting. I've been cooking curry for a couple of years but have found it impossible to recreate the same taste as the local curry house. I've been reading through this forum for the past half an hour and I cant wait to get into the kitchen and try some recipes out.
I think where I may have gone wrong previously is trying to recreate an authentic "Indian" recipe rather than following "BIR" recipe! I'm going to choose something basic (suitable for a beginer) from the forum to cook this afternoon. I'll let you know how I get on.
